End User License Agreement

End User License Agreement

C2C Restoration LLC · Last updated: August 13, 2026

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your use of the internal accounting
reporting and integration software (the “Software”) made available by C2C Restoration LLC, doing
business as C2C Roofing & Restoration (“C2C Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Software
connects to C2C Restoration’s QuickBooks Online company and is licensed for internal business use
by authorized users only. It is not sold, distributed, or offered to the general public.

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, authorizing, or using the Software, or by connecting the Software to a
QuickBooks Online company on our behalf, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree,
do not use the Software and do not authorize the connection.

You represent that you are an owner, employee, officer, or authorized contractor of C2C Restoration,
that you have been granted access by C2C Restoration, and that you are authorized to connect the
QuickBooks Online company you select. If you accept on behalf of a business entity, you represent that
you have authority to bind that entity.

The Software We License

The Software is an internal reporting and integration tool. It connects to C2C Restoration’s
QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s authorized API and reads accounting records, including
customers, invoices, payments, estimates, items, and related transaction data, so that C2C Restoration
can produce live financial and job-costing reporting instead of working from manually exported
spreadsheets.

The Software is designed and operated as a reporting tool. The QuickBooks Online API does not offer
a read-only accounting permission, so the connection necessarily carries write scope. Any write
operation is limited to records that C2C Restoration expressly configures the Software to create or
update. QuickBooks Online remains the system of record for all accounting data.

The Software is not accounting software, is not a substitute for QuickBooks Online, and is not
offered as a subscription or service to any third party.

License Grant and Permitted Use

C2C Restoration grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable
license to use the Software solely for C2C Restoration’s internal business purposes, for as long as
C2C Restoration authorizes your access. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or otherwise make the Software available to anyone
    outside C2C Restoration.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software,
except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Connect the Software to any QuickBooks Online company you are not authorized to access.
  • Use the Software to export, copy, or retain accounting or customer data outside C2C Restoration’s
systems, except as required to perform your duties or to meet legal, tax, or insurance obligations.
  • Use the Software in any way that violates applicable law or Intuit’s own terms of service.

Data Usage and Handling

The Software handles business accounting records that may include customer names, service addresses,
contact details, invoices, payments, and job costs. C2C Restoration’s handling of that information is
governed by our Privacy Policy, which is
incorporated into this Agreement by reference. If any term of this Agreement conflicts with the Privacy
Policy on a matter of personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.

We do not sell personal information. Data accessed through the
Software is used only for C2C Restoration’s internal reporting, accounting, and operational purposes.
We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed to deliver our services
or comply with the law.

Access to the Software is limited to authorized C2C Restoration personnel. We use reasonable
administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information the Software accesses.
Authorization credentials and access tokens are stored securely and are never included in documents,
reports, or shared files.

The connection to QuickBooks Online is made with the account owner’s consent and can be revoked at
any time from the Apps settings inside QuickBooks Online. Your use of QuickBooks Online itself is
governed by your agreements with Intuit Inc., not by this Agreement.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, structure, and documentation, is owned by C2C Restoration
LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States copyright and other intellectual property laws.
This Agreement grants a license to use the Software. It does not transfer ownership of the Software or
any part of it.

Accounting data, reports, and business records generated or accessed through the Software remain the
property of C2C Restoration LLC. If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Software, C2C
Restoration may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. C2C Restoration claims no
ownership of those marks and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranty of any kind. To the fullest
extent permitted by law, C2C Restoration disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any
implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that the data it
displays will be complete, current, or accurate. Reports produced by the Software are for internal
management use. They are not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Verify figures against QuickBooks Online
before relying on them for a filing, a financial decision, or a commitment to a third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, C2C Restoration LLC and its owners, officers,
employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential,
exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost or corrupted data, or business
interruption, arising out of or related to the Software or this Agreement, whether based in contract,
tort, or any other theory, and even if advised of the possibility of those damages.

C2C Restoration’s total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Software or this
Agreement will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid for the Software in the twelve months
before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions
or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Termination of Access

C2C Restoration may suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without
notice, for any reason, including the end of your employment or engagement, misuse of the Software, or
a security concern. Your license ends automatically when your authorization from C2C Restoration ends.

You may stop using the Software at any time, and the QuickBooks Online connection may be disconnected
at any time from within QuickBooks Online. On termination, you must stop using the Software, delete any
local copies, and return or destroy any data exported from it, except records you are required to keep
by law.

The sections covering data usage and handling, ownership and intellectual property, disclaimer of
warranties, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent
changes. Continued use of the Software after an update means you accept the revised Agreement.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law
rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Software will be brought
exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and the parties consent
to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. This Agreement
is the entire agreement between you and C2C Restoration regarding the Software.
