These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text (SMS) messaging program offered by
C2C Restoration LLC (“C2C Restoration,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Program Description
When you opt in, C2C Restoration sends you service-related text messages about your project,
which may include: intake links, onboarding and project confirmations, crew dispatch and on-site
notices, appointment reminders, delay notices, invoices, and payment receipts. (For field workers,
project managers, and subcontractors, messages may include job assignments, schedule updates,
permit/inspection notices, document requests, and operational summaries.)
How to Opt In
You opt in by submitting our online intake/contact form with the SMS consent box checked, or by
giving express written or verbal consent to a C2C Restoration representative. Consent to receive texts
is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your project activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. C2C Restoration does not charge for the messages,
but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message
and then no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
